The complexity lives between the machines
Mercura applies rules you model. Comparing nominal speeds is not an engineering validation of the running line.

Capacity
Stations can carry different nominal rate classes. Mercura can enforce a rule you define. It does not predict OEE, microstops, changeovers or the effect of accumulation.

Interfaces
Transfer height, product orientation, conveyor interface and control requirements can be attributes and conditions. Mercura does not physically validate the mechanics or the PLC.

Commercial scope
Inspection, accumulation, change parts, installation and commissioning are easy to leave out of a machine-by-machine quote. A structured configuration can keep them on the same proposal.

What Mercura can carry in a quotation, and what it does not simulate.
Can Mercura quote a line made of different machines?
A modeled configuration can hold several equipment selections, options and services in one project, when your catalogue and workflow are set up that way. This page does not embed a multi-machine configurator. The packaging machinery page shows a live single-station example.
Can Mercura check compatibility between stations?
It can apply compatibility and dependency rules you define. That is not a mechanical check, a controls check, or a commissioning sign-off.
Does Mercura calculate real throughput or OEE?
No. It is not a production simulator. It can apply capacity rules you model, such as a nominal rate class. Effective output still depends on the product, accumulation, stops, transfers and operating conditions.
Can installation, commissioning and optional equipment be quoted?
Yes, when they exist as commercial items in your configuration: inspection, accumulation, change parts, installation, commissioning, spares and training.
Can Mercura connect to our ERP or CRM?
Mercura has integration capabilities for business systems. Connecting one is an implementation project. This page does not turn a connection on.
