A manufacturer of height-adjustable assembly workstations for electronics production sells through inside sales and regional distributors. Reps configure desk height, monitor arm type, keyboard tray side, pegboard accessories, and ESD grounding in Mercura using option lists. The buyer on the video call sees line items and PDF spec tables but cannot rotate the bench to check cable routing on the back or guard clearance on the left edge.

The customer approves a quote, then emails a photo of their line layout asking whether the tray arm interferes with the safety interlock.
